When it comes to a woman’s age, perimenopause symptoms are likely to appear at the age of 45. However, some women experience these symptoms at an earlier age, 35 to be exact. This is mainly associated with the woman’s lifestyle, culture and place of origin. It is believed that Asian women experience perimanopause symptoms at an earlier age as compared to any other breed of women across the globe. It still unclear the source for this but scientists associate such with the above mentioned factors.

When a woman starts experiencing menstruation cycles at an early age, between 9 years to ten years, scientists believe that she is likely to experience perimanopause symptoms at an early age too. There will be a change in her hormonal balance at an early phase, compared to those who experience their first period at a later age.

Currently, there has been a change in our lifestyle. Most women work mostly in office where they remain seated for long hours, exercise less, and eat lots of junk food.
